"Really helpful service"
I went in looking for school shoes and had no idea what size to get. The lady in the store was so helpful, so helpful, and really patient while we figured it out. She even went and checked out the back for another pair, which I appreciated. It all ended up being way easier than I expected. Really friendly service, and I’d definitely go back again...

"Pretty good selection, honestly"
I walked into Deichmann just to have a quick look and immediately ended up spotting a few pairs I liked. There’s usually loads of shoes in different styles and price ranges, which is great if you’re not totally sure what you want. I found some nice trainers and boots without having to search for ages. Not everything was my taste, but overall the choice was good.

"Click and collect was really straightforward"
I used click and collect for a pair of trainers it was as easy as you’d hope. I got an email the next day letting me know they were ready to pick up, which saved me wandering around or chasing anything up.
When I went into the store, I just gave my name and had them in about two minutes. The staff were friendly and treated me decently, which really shouldn’t be a big ask but always makes a difference. No stress at all, and I’d definitely use it again

"Tracking was super easy"
I got updates quickly, and the whole tracking thing was easy to follow. orders usually feel like they take forever or get confusing, but this one showed up on time with no issues.

"The store was easy to get around..."
The store was easy to get around, and I liked that the shoes were sorted clearly by type and size. A few shelves were a little messy, but overall it was organized enough that I didn’t spend ages searching. The only thing that bothered me was when I tried to ask a question, I felt kind of dismissed, like I was interrupting. Not a terrible experience, but it did take away from it a bit.

I like that they stay open late enough for me to stop by after work. Makes it easy when you need to grab something and don’t want to rush... just really convenient.

"Happy to see more thoughtful options"
I’ve been noticing that DEICHMANN has more shoes now marked with recycled materials and vegan options, i appreciate that. It just makes browsing a bit easier when you’re trying to choose something that feels like a slightly better choice, even if you’re not trying to be perfect about it.
The prices still seem reasonable, my delivery was totally fine, nothing dramatic there, and I like that it doesn’t come across like they’re pretending to have everything figured out. It just feels like they’re moving in a better direction, and yeah, that’s nice to see.

The box showed up in good shape and the packaging looked neat. I haven’t worn the shoes much yet, so I can’t say a ton beyond that, but they arrived safely with no obvious issues

"Easy return, no drama"
I had to send back a pair of shoes because the sizing was just a little off, which was annoying because I really liked them. The return process was super straightforward though. I found the label without any trouble, printed it out while my coffee was getting cold, and dropped the package off at a place right near my house. I got email updates along the way so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on, and the refund showed up in my account a few days later. it was about as painless as a return can be.

"Used my gift card with no fuss"
I got a Deichmann gift card for my birthday and ended up using it online, which was really easy. I just put the code in at checkout and the amount came off straight away. I was half expecting some little issue, because these things can be annoying sometimes, but nope, it worked fine. The shoes turned up without any problems too, and I liked them, so yeah, all good really. Happy with it.

"Super clean store, honestly impressed"
Popped into Deichmann last week and I have to say, the place was really clean and tidy. The floors looked spotless, there weren’t shoe boxes randomly sitting everywhere, and the shelves were actually easy to browse.
It just made the whole visit feel way less stressful, especially because the fitting area was clean too, which I always notice. Then suddenly, why can’t every shop be like this? Anyway, really nice experience overall and definitely 5 stars from me.

"Actually comfy shoes"
These shoes are actually really comfy and the fit is mostly right. They felt a little tight when I first put them on, but overall they feel good.

I grabbed two pairs while they were on sale and, the quality is decent for the price. Delivery took a little longer than I expected but, anyway, it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall I’m happy with them.

"Good value trainers"
Got some trainers from Deichmann a few months back and they’ve held up well. I wear them loads for work and walking, soles still fine. Not the softest ever, but decent quality for the price. Delivery was ok. Knocked off a star because one bit inside rubbed at first, though it settled after a few days

"Worth it if you buy regularly"
I’ve been using the loyalty program for a while, and it’s been decent. The discounts aren’t huge or anything, so I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy extra just to earn perks, but if you already buy shoes fairly often, it does add up. I like that it gives me a bit of savings without feeling like I’m taking a gamble on something

I ordered two pairs of shoes from DEICHMANN and tbh I was a little worried something might get mixed up, but nope, both pairs came exactly how I picked them, right sizes and colors. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but everything in the order was correct. I’d def order from them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from DEICHMANN after a friend mentioned they’d had a good experience, mine was just as smooth. They arrived quicker than I expected, the tracking was easy to follow, and the parcel turned up in good condition. No delays or problems at all, so I’m happy with the whole thing.

"Sizing was actually spot on"
I ordered a pair of trainers from deichmann i was a bit unsure about the sizing at first. The site kind of made me second-guess myself more than I probably needed to, but they ended up fitting exactly like my usual size. No return or exchange needed, which was a nice relief. The size guide was accurate for me in the end, so I’m happy with the order and would buy again.
